Most of us face nothing more than mild
ridicule when we speak of the gospel, yet it often is enough to
keep us silent. We may fear loss of friends or jobs, and in doing
so, have become complacent and noncommittal about the command of
Jesus to
“go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you,” (Matthew
28:10-20 NIV), to “be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea
and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”(Acts 1:8 NIV).
How about you? Are YOU ashamed? Are you
afraid? Or are you willing to “Stand up for Jesus”? Are you
willing to add your name to the list of Christians who are
standing up for Jesus? Are you willing to step out
in faith, knowing that someday your name on this list could be
used against you? Are you willing to let others know of your
Christian faith?
Jesus said in
John 15:5 “I am the Vine,
you are the branches” (NIV). Let’s show this vine and branches to
all the world by making a “list” of names of those who have
committed to this gospel! I hope to accumulate 1 MILLION names to
show the world that we are truly connected through the blood of
Christ, and are not afraid to proclaim it! To find out how to add

Remember, if you are ashamed of Him, He will be ashamed of you
before His Father.
“If anyone is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and
sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when He
